Privacy and use

In the browser's own storage, on the device you are using. There is no account, no login, no server and no database. What you write is never sent anywhere — not even to me.

This is not a promise of good behaviour: it is how the app was built. There is nowhere for the data to go.

Since there is no copy in the cloud, the backup is your responsibility. Clearing your browsing data, uninstalling the app or changing device erases the notebook, and there is no way to recover it.

On the Data screen you can download everything as .json, .csv and .txt whenever you want. Do it from time to time, and always before changing phones.

None. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party cookies. The app does not know who you are and has no way of knowing.

This notebook organises a self-knowledge method. It does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care or any professional support, and it is not meant for moments of crisis. If you are in deep distress or having thoughts of death, please reach out for help: look up the free crisis line in your country — in the United States and Canada, call or text 988, any hour of the day.

Access to this app is sold at arquitetodarealidade.pt. The purchase terms, the payment and the right to a refund follow what is published there.
