Privacy and use

In two places. In the browser's storage, on the device you are using — that is the copy the app works with, and it is why it opens with no internet. And in your account, in a database hosted at Supabase: that is the copy that makes the same notebook show up on your phone and on your computer.

What keeps one notebook apart from another is the database itself, row by row: each notebook is tied to its owner, and reading anyone else's is refused in there. It is not a check made by the app — the app runs on your device and could be tampered with; the database cannot.

You, by signing in to your account. No other user can reach your notebook, and there is no screen, report or export that shows what one person wrote to anybody else.

And me, technically. I am the one who administers the database and I hold the admin key — as the owner of any app with accounts does. What you write is not end-to-end encrypted, so the guarantee here is this one, said to your face: I do not open it, do not export it and do not use your notebook for anything — not as an example, not to train anything. I would rather say that than promise a technical impossibility that does not exist.

Your email, the date the account was created, and the record of the purchase that comes from Hotmart: status, plan and the transaction number. That is the minimum for the app to know the access is yours. There is no name, phone, address or payment data — the card belongs to Hotmart and never passes through here.

The copy in your account protects you against clearing the browser or changing device. It does not protect you from what you delete yourself: deleting here deletes in both places, because the device sends to the account whatever is left. The file backup is the only one still out of reach of a wrong tap.

On the Data screen you can download everything as .json, .csv and .txt whenever you want. Do it from time to time, and always before changing phones.

Delete everything, on the Data screen, clears the notebook on the device and in the account. To make the whole account disappear — email, purchase record and notebook — use Delete the account, at the end of the Account screen: it goes at once, without passing through me. If that fails, write to realityarchitectemployer@gmail.com and I will delete it by hand.

Inside the workbook, none: no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party cookies, and what you write never goes to any ad network. The one exception is the sign-in screen, and only for people who arrived through an ad on Facebook or Instagram: there we load the Meta pixel, which counts the visit and the request for the sign-in link, so we know whether the ad brought sign-ups. Anyone who arrives another way does not load the pixel. Apart from that, the only cookie is your session — the one that keeps you signed in without typing the password on every screen.

This notebook organises a self-knowledge method. It does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care or any professional support, and it is not meant for moments of crisis.
